The class of 2021 has graduated. Folks are planning or heading for vacation. Here in Vermont, most nights are no longer cold. Summer has begun.
Warm breezes blow. Trees and shrubbery sway with the wind. Robins strut, pecking at worms and bugs.
The cares of another winter, another school year fade away. Meeting other people without masks is no longer unusual--but it continues to feel especially good.
What books shall I read? What hikes and adventures shall I go on? What thoughts will cross my mind as I relax and cherish time with nature and family?
Welcome to lazy days with no set schedule--where I can sit by the river, on the porch, or just go for a walk. I can putter around the garage or break out the chain saw.
Or write a fresh blog post.
